U središtu mondene Opatije, danas se nalazi Hotel Millennium Opatija, novi luksuzni hotel s 5 zvjezdica. Smješten je pokraj mora u povijesnom središtu grada, okružen parkom Sv. Jakov, gradskom promenadom, obalnim šetalištem Lungomare i čuvenim kupalištem Slatina. Na raspolaganju su 83 sobe, 8 apartmana, te 3 rezidencijalna apartmana s pogledom na more. In the centre of Opatija this very elegant town the Hotel Millennium has found its place, being the first 5 star luxury hotel in this part of Croatia. It is located next to the sea in the historic centre of the town, surrounded by the park of Sv. Jakov, the main promenade, the coastal promenade Lungomare and the magnificent beach Slatina. The hotel has 83 rooms, 8 suites and 3 residential suites with sea view. All rooms are decorated in a luxurious, modern and stylish way with period furniture, air conditioned, equipped with SAT and PAY TV, mini bar, safe, hair dryer, desk, telephone, connections for fax and modem (analog and ISDN), and internet access. The hotel has 7 multifunctional conference rooms equipped with modern congress technology for up to 220 persons. Those can be adapted into banquet halls on request. Under the arcades and the terraces of the Hotel Millennium Opatija there are the restaurant Argonauti, the cafe Jadran and the cafe patisserie Wagner. Added to this there are the Lobby bar, Pool bar and Banquet hall. Beside the park of Sv.
